  2. For some people they think they can't see memories so you can talk about a memory and often times the emotions may show up.

    Procrastination and putting things off is a skill. Make a list of the things you put off and the reasons along with emotions why and tap them out.

  3. Watching this video I want to share this because I spent many many years jumping from diet to diet without acheiving any real results until I came across Dianas magic plan (just google it). Without a doubt the best results that I have ever achieved and I have kept it off to this day.

  4. Not clear for me. Do I change the bad memory to a real past good memory, like associating it to that good memory that I have really experienced or do I create a fake good memory out of the bad one? Like modifying the script and actions in a movie to fit my needs?
