Spring is here and so is the allergy season
for some people. Luckily I haven’t had allergy for many years but my friend was suffering
from the allergy symptoms such as watery eyes and sneezing so I looked up the acupressure
points for allergy relief. LI 4 — (Do not press this point if you are
pregnant!) It is located at the end of the crease when you close your thumb and index
finger. Press against the index finger bone for one minute as you breathe deeply. Repeat
on the other hand. LV 3 — It is located in the valley between
the big toe and second toe. Rub or press the Liver 3 point for one minute as you breathe
deeply. Repeat on the other foot. If you are lazy like me you can hook your big toe and
stimulate this point on the other foot. Do these several times a day. My friend thought
these points were helping but ended up getting the over the counter medicine anyway. Do what
you gotta do but if you want to try the alternative medicine approach to battle the allergy season,
try these acupressure points.
