– Are you looking for an
allergy-friendly pancake recipe that is gluten, dairy, and egg-free? Check out how easy these
pancakes are to make. (upbeat music) (bright music) My kids love pancakes, but
between our gluten sensitivities and dairy intolerances, finding a recipe that fits everybody’s
needs can be a challenge. Today’s recipe is a
staple in my household, so let me show you how they’re made. First, I’m gonna mix my dry ingredients. I have an all-purpose
gluten-free flour here, flax or flax meal, baking powder, cinnamon, although that’s
optional, and salt. You just wanna sift this together
so everything’s combined. In a separate bowl, I’m going
to combine my wet ingredients. I’m going to use maple
syrup or honey, vanilla, applesauce, and non-dairy milk. You can choose whatever milk you like. So we’re gonna whisk all of this together. The next thing we’re going to do is incorporate our wet
ingredients into our dry mixture. I’m going to start by only
mixing about 1/2 of the liquid. All gluten-free flour mixes are different, so you’re gonna wanna do this by eye. And finally, we add the rest. As you can see, the
batter’s a little thick, so I’m going to add a little bit more milk until I have the desired consistency that I want for my pancakes. You can make these pancakes
on a nonstick pan or griddle. With three kids waiting on
these, I like to use a griddle. And although it’s nonstick,
I still like to grease it, because these pancakes have no
fat, so you’re gonna need it. We’re going to scoop about
1/4 of a cup of batter onto the griddle. I use a cookie scoop because
it’s just easier that way. And I know this is about two tablespoons, but I just make a heaping mountain. Once the edges are solid and
you see a little bubble action, it’s time to flip these pancakes. Now that these are ready, they’re crispy on the outside
and delicious in the inside, we take ’em off and we’re
gonna repeat the process with the remaining batter. For the recipe, make sure
