many of you might have seen people about children and adults alike reaching out for a pump or inhaler as it is called when a person has an asthmatic attack they have to gasp for breath as the air passages in the lungs contract obstructing the free flow of air this cause shortness of breath chest pressure and at times even coughing allergens in dust and smoke can also trigger off asthmatic attack besides other stressors like certain medications respiratory infections or even a highly charged emotional state it is advisable for an asthmatic patients
to carry an inhaler with them at all times but try these home remedies for
some relief in a pan take about 1 liter of water and add 2 tablespoons of fenugreek or methi seeds now you have to leave it to boil once it boils let it simmer for about 30 minutes and then strain this liquid and now add about 2 teaspoons of ginger juice and about 1 teaspoon of honey now stir this really well until the ginger and honey mixed together and you can have one glass of this every morning honey helps reduce asthmatic symptoms infact honey is a natural cure for asthma so take a glass of hot water and add a
teaspoon of honey to it mix it well and then you can drink it or you can even take a small cup of honey place it under your nose and inhale it even the smell of honey can give you some relief in a pan add about half a cup of mustard oil and add a small piece of camphor to it and now let it cool until it becomes a little warm and then you can apply it on your chest and back to clear the respiratory passages soak three figs in a cup of water overnight in the morning on an empty stomach have the figs along with the water and do this for about two months onions are known for the anti-inflammatory properties which help reduce lung inflammation and ease the air passageways so have this in your diet either the cooked form or raw form try to figureout what triggers your asthma consume fresh vegetables and fruits stay well hydrated and healthy if you enjoyed this video remember to
