Hi guys! Welcome to Homeremedies1976! My
name is Stan and today we have a countdown with six of the best home
remedies to cure Pollen allergy. We’ll start at number 6 and end with number 1.
Number 1 is a special kind of therapy of which you might have never heard of,
but it is really helpful with many allergies and illnesses. So make sure to
stick to the end of the video to learn more about it. On number 6 we got some of
somewhat of an obvious one which is move your outdoor activities to dusk. Save
your outdoor exercise for the evening, not to only do many people with
allergies experience more sneezing and itching in the morning, but many trees
release their Pollen at first light and ragweed pollen tends to fly more
strictly at midday, so stick to the end of the day as much as possible when
you need to go outside. On number 5 we got “fight pollen with pollen”. It sounds
counterintuitive to consume Pollen when that’s exactly what is torchering your
body, but bee pollen is magical stuff. In addition to being an antifungal
antimicrobial and anti viral, it’s also an anti-inflammatory and an
antihistamine. Sprinkle a tablespoon in your beverage every morning for extra
relief. On number 4 we got local honey. There isn’t much scientific evidence to
back this one up but there seems to be a lot of anecdotal evidence from people
who have tried it that’s why I want to show it to you.
The theory is that consuming local honey from where you live, will help your body
adapt to the allergens in the environment there. This is supposed to
work like a natural a natural allergy shot. And it doesn’t seem to have any
downside. Consume a teaspoon or more of raw unprocessed local honey from
as close to where you actually live as possible. And do this one or more
times a day to help relieve your symptoms.
It’s often suggested to start this a month or so before allergy
season. On number three we got nettle leaf. Nettle leaf is another natural
antihistamine that can be very effective as it naturally blocks the body’s
ability to produce Histamine. It grows in many places and can be made into a
tincture or a tea. But for allergy relief, capsules made from dried nettle leaves are
the easiest and most effective option. Nettle leaves can also be used in combination
with other herbs to make a soothing herbal tea for allergy relief. It is
often mixed with peppermint leaf and sometimes red raspberry leaf to make a
refreshing energy relief tea. So during allergy season include nettle in your
homemade herbal tea and use capsules for acute relief of your pollen allergy. On
number two we got Quercetin. Quercetin is a natural bioflavonoid that is said to
help stabilize mast cells to keep them from releasing Histamine. It is also a potent
antioxidant that is said to help reduce inflammation. It is best used as a
long-term remedy and many people start taking it about 4 to 6 weeks weeks
before allergy season to help prevent allergy symptoms. As with any herb you
should check with your doctor before using it especially if you have a liver
problem or if you are pregnant. Though Quercetin is naturally found in
foods like citrus and broccoli, it is very difficult to get the amount needed
to relieve allergies from food alone. A supplemental dose from a quality source
can be helpful for by preventing allergies or helping acute symptoms.
Start about four to six weeks before allergy season for the best results. On
number one we got Bowen therapy. Bowen therapy is a very gentle form of
body work. Small gentle precise moves are made on muscles, tendons, ligaments and
nerves, triggering the body to begin a healing
process. Specific moves for targeted support
of the respiratory system and sinuses have helped many hay fever sufferers.
Within a few treatments many people feel a difference that lasts for months. Being
able to enjoy life in the outdoors again. Okay guys we’ve reached the end of the
video. Please like and subscribe and click that notification bell. Also please
