  1. He truth is u dont need therapy, patches…exercise is always good. Just realize that every cigar that you smoke puts tar in your lungs and that its going to kill you horribly.

  3. My mom stopped smoking cigarettes. When I was only 10 years old, my little sister convinces my mom to quit smoking, because smoking has caused the death of many people during previous years, my dad quit smoking and stop drinking alcohol when my paternal grandmother has died from Alzeimer illness.
