  2. They're pointing out that artichokes are high in soluable fiber, however, ALL fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans and legumes are high in soluable fiber. Also, they state that the sesame seed oil is good for your heart—this is patently FALSE. All oil, including that from plant sources, will give you "sludge blood." Oil is not food, it is a highly refined compound that saturates your blood vessels and destroys your health. No oil contains minerals or nutritients, all oils are empty calories! Stop misinforming people!
