OR 80% SETTLES IN THE MOUTH AND NEVER GETS INTO THE LUNGS AND MOST FORGET TO EXHALE FIRST.>>A FULLY DEEP BREATH TO FULLY EXHALE SO YOU HAVE EMPTY LUNGS TO GET IT DEEP INTO THE LUNGS.>>Dr. McGeorge: AND OTHER MISTAKES, HOW IT IS POSITIONED. KIDS STAND UP STRAIGHT, NOT TIPPED BACK. AIM IT AT THE BACK OF THE THROAT AND CLOSE THE LIPS TIGHTLY AROUND THE MOUTH PIECE. SHE PERFECTED HER INHALER USE AND THE ASTHMA IS UNDER CONTROL.>>I DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT EVERYTHING, AND I FEEL LIKE I DON’T HAVE ASTHMA ANYMORE.
