If you’re with someone who’s having an asthma
attack, the best thing for you to do is to stay calm and to help them out. Have them sit down. Sitting is the best position for them, rather
than lying down. Find their inhaler. Often times they will have it on their person,
or nearby. Give it to them to administer their own medication. It’s easier for them to do. They’re used to doing it, they know how to
do it, they know when to breathe in to get the medicine into their lungs. Sometimes people will try to help and they’ll
just spray, spray, spray, and it’s not in time with breathing. Don’t be alarmed by how many puffs the person
is taking. It may be more or less than you’re used to
seeing them take. Just let them do it and stay with them, reassure
them, keep them safe. If their breathing does not return to normal,
or if they’re having increased difficulty in breathing, call 911 and get help right
away.

  1. Great now I know how to treat my boyfriend Micheal if he has one once he did when a was at his house I got his puffer told he dad and we went to the hospital

  2. My girlfriend has bad asthma. Everyday at least once an hour now she has to use her inhaler or her nebulizer. I resonantly got her a small atomizer so she can take her medication on the go. Sense they took Primatene Mist inhalers out of stores she's been in bad shape. She had a year without it now and I'm not so sure she can make it another year. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I've used every over-the-counter medication that I can find that could help and it's getting worse and worse. Help me!

  3. Hi! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Asthozilax Secrets (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you tried home remedy called Asthozilax Secrets? I have heard some amazing things about it and my buddy completely cure his asthma naturally with this remedy.

  4. I'm asking this as an open question to anyone. I have asthma and when I run I sometimes get sent into coughing fits. My lower abdomen hurts and it's hard for me to breathe. I slow down and start walking but the teachers yell at me to run or I'll fail the class. I don't want to fail but I'm just not able to run. For starters, might this be an asthma attack? If it is, how can I get the teachers to stop it. I try to explain what's going on but they tell me unless I have a note I'm in gym class.

  5. I love smoking weed and I can't get one vaporizer cuz of my parents and I have asthma pls I love smoking weed it helps me gain weight ๐Ÿ˜›
