Pull off the aerolizer cover. Hold the base of the aerolizer firmly and twist the mouthpiece in the direction of the arrow to open it. Place the capsule in the chamber in the base
of the aerolizer. Twist the mouthpiece to close it. Press both buttons once and release. You should hear a click. This pierces the capsule and allows the medication to be released when you breathe in. Keep your head upright and hold the mouthpiece horizontal, with the buttons on the left and right. Breathe out completely away from the aerolizer. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and breathe in quickly and deeply. You should hear the capsule rattle. Remove the mouthpiece, hold your breath for
10 seconds or as long as comfortable and breathe out slowly through mouth or nose. Breathe in once again through the mouthpiece. This ensures that you get your complete dose of medicine. Open the mouthpiece, remove the used capsule and dispose it. Do not store capsules in the Aerolizer. Close the mouthpiece and replace the cover.

  1. Thanks for providing these; I think Internists, Pulmonologists, Respiratory Therapists, Nurses should all be able to use with their COPD and Asthma patients
