It’s not your normal table salt – the
one you find in any table salt and pepper shakers. It’s Himalayan salt. This salt contains 84 natural elements and
minerals that are already found in your body. Its minerals are microscopic – or ionic. Their size enables them to be easily absorbed
by cells. Himalayan salt has anti-microbial, anti-fungal,
and antibacterial properties. The U.S. is late to the table when it comes
to Himalayan salt; Eastern Europe began to see its therapeutic purposes about 200 years
ago. Those with lung problems visit salt mines
for respiratory ailments. Even ancient Greeks realized the benefit of
salt therapy. In today’s video we will discuss the benefits
of Himalayan salt and how to use it in an inhaler. Benefits of a Salt Inhaler Breathing is effortless when we are in good
health. But when your head and lungs are congested,
breathing is no longer so easy. As a natural expectorant, salt can help reduce
excess mucus, which will quiet your cough and allow you to get a restful night’s sleep. This type of salt inhalation therapy reduces
swollen congested nasal passages and provides relief from allergies, hay fever and also
eliminates harmful organisms. When you inhale, the natural moisture in the
air absorbs the salt particles into your lungs. Remember, the ions are so tiny they will go
directly into your lungs, bypassing the nasal filtering system. Once ions are absorbed by the lungs, they
will enter the bloodstream and get to work reducing inflammation. Those with conditions like asthma, bronchitis
or pneumonia often find relief within a few days. While many have experienced rapid results,
it typically only brings noticeable relief after regular and consistent use. How to Use a Salt Inhaler First, you will need a ceramic inhaler – not
a plastic one. Be sure to read the package directions. Place the Himalayan rocks inside the inhaler
Do NOT add water; the inhaler is for dry therapy Insert the mouthpiece
Breathe through your mouth normally and exhale through your nose. As you inhale, be sure to draw in deep breaths NOTE: Be sure to follow the directions for
cleaning your inhaler. Also, remember that inhalers are not to be
shared with anyone else. You can order a Himalayan Salt inhaler online. They may also be available in natural health
food retail stores.

  1. Wrong. Salt is salt. If you like woo and think trace elements can be beneficial, eat sea salt, it has traces of every element know to science including gold. A neti pot filled with warm water mixed with a half baking soda and half salt solution is very good for sinuses and can be used twice daily for your entire lifetime. That 50/50 mix is what is in all the commercial rinse packets.

  2. Yeah but it's pink. PINK! I'm a dude. Yeah, so health comes second to macho posturing. I don't make the rules I just follow'em.

  3. This is madness to inhale any chemical that contains Lead. Look at the content of lead in Pink Salt.

  4. what they dont tell you is that included in those 84 minerals, are several radioactive elements. please if you value your health DONT DO THIS! inhaling salts, dry or in saline can be very dangerous if you dont know what you are doing

  5. Inhaling Pink Himalayan Salt is NOT a good idea. The easiest way to say this is by learning where it gets its pink color from; IRON. Iron is NOT water soluble, and you do not want iron in your lungs, even in trace amounts. There are indeed 84 trace minerals and elements aside from Iron too, do you want those in your lungs? We recommend Pharmacuetical  grade salt, PURE sodium chloride, be used for ALL dry salt therapy, halotherapy, inhalation treatments.

  6. Which 84 elements, cause on the periodic table when going over 15/20 you need to pick up dangerous elements…this video is full of shit!!

  7. When I catch a cold, I take Himalayan Pink Salt. After 7 to 10 days, I always start feeling much better. Simply amazing!!

  8. Thanks…… I have COPD and use the dry inhaler .. but also have a nebusliser and trying to figure making a saline mix through the steam

  9. Folks everybody knows that “Himalayan“ salt is toxic, contains Cs which is radioactive 😀
Do not ever inhale substances if you do not know what they are made of
