Matt Zembruski here with Juti organics
with your healthy energy tip of the day today’s tip is all about the Netflix
series “Rotten” and episode 2 is about food allergies and food sensitivities if
you or someone you’re dining with has a food allergy or food sensitivity this is
a great episode to watch if you don’t have time to watch it I’m gonna
summarize the biggest takeaway for you right here in the episode they feature a
restaurant called blue ginger which is in Wellesley, Massachusetts which I’ve
been to and dined at and that restaurant was featured at one as one of the best
examples of restaurants chefs owners who take care of people who have food
allergies and food sensitivities it’s a very complex problem to solve experts
don’t even agree on how the food allergies are caused or why different
people have different levels of it but in severe cases food allergies the wrong
food with the person who has a severe allergy could even be a matter of life
and death therefore if you have a food allergy or you’re dining with someone
who has one you want to reach out to the food allergy community and find what
restaurants are best for you what restaurants most cater to your safety
and your health and your wellness and then dine at those establishments it’s
not an easy challenge for the restaurant owners and the chef’s to to handle so
you want to find the ones who handle it well putting the extra time care and
attention reach out find those restaurants dine safely dine for health
dine for energy and energize your day
