Today Iam going to share a breakfast recipe with you, which is Oats Idli Normal Idli is made of rice and urad dal But today we are going to make Idlis using
high fiber oats which help in reducing cholesterol. Lets make the batter first. Combine the oats and urad dal and blend
in a mixer to a smooth powder. Add 1½ cups of water, salt and green chilli paste and
mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency. Mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency. Cover and keep aside to ferment for 1 hour. The batter is ready.. Now will make the Idlis. Grease the idli moulds using oil and put spoonfuls of batter into them. Steam in an idli steamer for 8 to
10 minutes or till they are cooked. Remove the idlis and cool for few minutes. Serve immediately with sambhar Serve only with sambhar as it is a healthy
heart recipe to keep cholesterol in control.
