dust the South Korean government has issued preliminary reduction measures
that took effect in the capital our area around an hour ago and will run all the
way through until 9 p.m. tonight now these measures aim to prevent the
air quality from getting worse the next day with fine dust levels expected to
exceed 50 micrograms per cubic meter today and tomorrow in Seoul Incheon and
gyeonggi-do province people working for the government and public organizations
in the area can drive to work today only if their cars have odd-numbered license
plates these organizations will also cut their work hours shorter than normal
construction sites are also required to rearrange their construction hours and
take measures to prevent dust from their sites blowing around
