  16. 1. Fat or Cholesterol is not the problem. Cooked oils, salt and sugar cause inflammation which is the root cause. This leads to heart disease, cancer, etc.
    2. Flaxseed oil and hempseed oil have a far better amount of Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids than fish ever will.

  24. I came across this video to send to my mother in law..For myself..I'm like wait..I walk everyday/swim..I use raw honey/fresh ginger/turmeric every day. Drink fresh lemon water w/ baking soda. I love beets. Have watermelon & cherries almost every day. Pretty much everything on this video except walnuts..Last yr had x2 strokes..I'm 47yrs..When I've to Drs I always get a clean bill of health..Did blood work its great. My bp is always 118-70 . So, I'm pretty unsure why I had the strokes. Around that time we were moving & mentally had been stressed. So I guess that's why. Neurologist/Cardiologist just put me on baby aspirin & bloodthinner, Lipitor for a few months. So you never know…
