Tip #4 Dr. John Villacis, the Austin Diagnostic Clinic:
Even though one may not have an allergy to their cats and dogs, whatever is outside,
the animal will bring inside. So, whenever the pollen count is high outside, you may
want to take extra precautions with your pet. The idea is that you may want to bathe them
more regularly. You may want to limit their access to the house. Because even though you
may not have allergy to the animal – dog or cat – whatever is high outside — the pollen
count — they’re picking that stuff up and bringing it inside.
