A couple of years ago we started the European Asthma Research Innovation Partnership which was a multinational programme of work which identified the areas of research that were most important. And because we’ve done that, we know the most promising areas of research. So we’re now going around speaking to research funders, speaking to academics, speaking to industry partners, and talking to them about these 15 key priority areas. One of which is about better understanding severe asthma; the different forms of severe asthma and developing new treatments as well. So we’re trying to make as many people aware of this priority as possible, bringing them together, and identifying collaborations, how they can work together to speed up new discoveries in severe asthma for treatments.
